The brand’s design draws on its strategic positioning in the market, focusing on the low amount of time required to prepare and deliver orders. “When we had to choose the name, we asked ourselves: Is pizza good for the soul?”
The name on the brand came with the answer:
“Pizza is a great comfort food because it evokes good thoughts and warm feelings. Eating pizza improves your sense of well-being and even makes you feel less lonely.”
The use of red color in the SOUL PIZZA logo symbolizes freshness and passion, whereas the yellow color stands for taste and joy. The green color is associated with healthy ingredients, such as basil. In the logo design, the simple, caricatured features were hand-drawn and finalized digitally combining illustration with design in a functional way alongside typography that blends with hand-drawn details.
The goal is to develop a visual language that takes on a fresh and youthful approach to the concept of pizza.
